Donning and Doffing -- Tenth Circuit

The US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit (the Rocky Mountain region from the Mexican border to the southern boundary of Montana) has affirmed a ruling that turkey processing employees are not entitled for pay for time spent putting on and removing personal protective equipment, agreeing that these activities are not "changing clothes" under either the Fair Labor Standards Act or Colorado law.
